The part seems to be a decent design. Price was reasonable. I had some printed. They fit to the laser module properly and the laser beam doesn’t appear to be obstructed by the plastic piece. It cannot be used without modification for etching (shortest lens focus) because the nozzle sticks out farther than the focal length. Probably works fine when the lens is set for cutting. I’ll have to grind some length off of the part and hope that the change doesn’t hurt function of the air assist. Might also work by increasing focus length some but I’d like to keep the repeatability I have using the lens adjustment bottomed out. Requested information from the seller but he does not respond.

clean file. (i had to have someone print it for me). the design seems nice. fit right on when the bezel is fully seated(have seen some instructions to move that out 2mm, which affects the fit of the nozzle over the lens. i like the slide in tubing feature. the problem i had is that the laser head sits so close to the project that the end of the nozzle is just above surface, and melts some. im sure there are settings i can do to adjust my laser, but i haven found the perfect answer yet. ive been going with what works, and it puts this too close to surface. maybe better results for others.
