I am allergic to silver so I was going to need to change the wires to titanium, she helped me find a pair of earrings that had a wire that would fit through hoops but also had a good base on them so that I could wear them every day and the stone wouldn't wear out and fall off the post. Once I decided she had them sent out the next day. She watched the tracking and when she saw I got them she reached out to me to make sure they fit the hoops I bought. Unfortunately I wasn't feeling quite up to opening my mail, so she told me to take my time until I feel up to worrying about jewelry. She is the sweetest!!! They do fit perfectly! I have bought from her before and definitely will again!
