Construction times are shown in each listing and do not include shipping times, holidays or weekends. Photos are for information and examples of colors and types of glass you can choose. You are not limited to the choices shown, but can also choose colors or textures that you would like me to use. In some cases, certain glass shown in the photos may not be available, so a suitable substitute will be used at my discretion.

My fused glass plates and dishes are lead-free and safe for food use. They should not be used in the microwave and hand-washing them is recommended.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping rates can vary widely depending on your proximity to Arizona. My listed rates are based on the furthest point the package has to travel. I have several shipping options, depending on size, weight and location, so I can recalculate the rate for you if you send me your zipcode prior to paying for your order. I only charge actual postage (+ insurance on glass items) and will find the very best rate for your zipcode to save you as much money as possible. Windows shipping rates include the cost of packaging materials. If actual shipping charges are significantly different from the quotes given in the listings, I will either issue a refund for overcharges, or will bill you the difference prior to shipping your order.

RETURNS: Stained Glass Windows: All sales are final. All item descriptions are accurate and photos show exactly how the item looks so you know exactly what you will be receiving. If your purchase is a Custom item, it will be made to your specifications. There are no refunds in this instance.

If the item is damaged in shipment, I will file a damage claim with the carrier. The decision to repair or remake the window is made on a case by case basis. The damaged window MUST be returned to me in either case at your expense.

REPAIR OPTION: Windows: You will be encouraged to find a local glass artist to make the necessary repairs to eliminate the need to ship the window back to me. I will pay the cost of repairs out of the damage claim.

JEWELRY BOXES: If there is problem or damage to the box, contact me BEFORE returning anything so we can discuss the problem and agree on a remedy. If you request a refund, a 25% restocking fee will apply. If you need a repair or a remake of the box the original box must be returned to me at your expense. I will pay return shipping of the repaired item.

Customer pays all shipping charges unless otherwise agreed upon. Returns must be securely packaged, sent via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx, FULLY INSURED, and received by me with no additional damage. Any damaged or improperly packaged returns will jeopardize your refund. Thank you.
