How it all started

Hi everyone!

I wanted to share a little bit about my journey and how Glitter Topper came to be. A few years ago, I was working a traditional 8-5 job in accounting, but I found myself dreading the daily grind. My heart wasn’t in it, and I longed for something more fulfilling.

One day, I decided to invest in a die cutter, just to see what I could create. I started experimenting with different designs and materials, and it quickly became a passion. Before I knew it, my little hobby grew into something much bigger.

In 2016, Glitter Topper was born out of that newfound joy and creativity. It’s been an incredible journey turning something I love into a way to bring a bit of happiness to others on their special occasions.

Thank you so much for supporting Glitter Topper and allowing us to be a part of your celebrations. Your support means the world to me and has made this adventure so rewarding. Here’s to many more years of creativity and joy!

Why is my cake topper made out of paper/cardstock?

All of the cake toppers are made using glitter coated cardstock. This is detailed in each of my listings.

What happened to my package? Why is it not delivered?

If when tracking your package it seems lost, please contact USPS with your tracking number and they'll assist about your lost package.

If your package says delivered, but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they'll assist you from there. If the item can't be located, please file a Mail Not Received Complaint Form.

If either of these situations occurs and it seems your package cannot be located, please contact me.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges on custom or personalized orders are not accepted. If there is an error on my part or if you are unhappy with the condition of your order, please message me to resolve the issue.
Please Note that Shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping costs are at the buyer's expense.

Sales Tax

Sales Tax will be charged on orders.

Custom and personalized orders

All Custom & Personalized Orders will receive a draft that will be in black color prior to printing. Once the order is approved, the draft will be made the color that was selected at checkout (gold, black, silver...etc).

-Once the approval is sent, if there is no reply acceptance of the design is noted. The cake topper will be sent out as originally requested.
