Frequently asked questions

Gift wrapping and packaging

Sometimes shippers are not careful and ceramics arrive broken. If this happens, take a picture of the broken item and email us. We will offer you an exchange or refund your money right away.
Please note that shipping costs are not refundable.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Buying an item for a present? We will gift wrap it and include a card for FREE! Just let us know when you check out if the gift is for a wedding/birthday/some other occasion. We will wrap it accordingly.

Gift wrapping and packaging

This past year Etsy has encouraged sellers to offer "free" shipping. What this usually means is that the cost of shipping is absorbed into the cost of the item. When a shop like mine ships large boxes full of breakable items, there is a lot of cost involved with that for both the shipping materials and actual shipping fee to your location. I have opted to keep shipping costs separate from the total cost of the item so the actual shipping cost is transparent for you. WE REGULARLY GIVE SHIPPING REFUNDS IF YOU HAVE PAID MORE FOR SHIPPING THAN IT COSTS TO SEND.
