Seller was great in providing info item arrived fast. I intended a different purpose for the oil insert and i am please that my idea worked. I put it in a vintage swiss lantern. The holder in the lantern does not fit the oil insert so i just glued a piece of metal to the bottom of the insert. It work great.

This thing is great. Excellent materials, well cut threads, nice knurling, no machining marks. Even came with a spare wick and an optional plug. Definitely test the flame before you put it in the lantern, I had too much wick showing and it was burning too high. Pull the wick in and it was fine.

It's exactly as described and very thoughtfully designed. I especially appreciate the wide opening for refilling because I hate messing around with funnels.

I love this oil insert for my Uco lantern. It works beautifully and the craftsmanship is superb. The seller went above and beyond and confirmed my address plus sent me images of the package/tracking info!
