I have the largest variety of different species of hardwood buttons on ETSY and quite possibly the world. Please see my listings for wood in every color and shade. All wooden buttons are unstained, the color and pattern you see is the natural color of the wood! All buttons are treated with tung oil to give some protection and bring out there colors.


I have recently released my hardwood spreaders, check them out. I tried my best to take nice pictures but the reality is no matter how good a camera I have pictures just will not do them justice. They are truly fantastic! All spreaders treated with FDA food safe approved mineral oil

Please remember to recycle your packaging! Most municipalities have a recycling program in place for paper and cardboard and I encourage you to use them! Buttons are wood and fully biodegradable at the end of there life cycle!

Spreaders, needles, and letter openers will last years under normal use. You can refresh them with some mineral oil to restore some of there color if they start to fade! They will develop a patina of there own after normal use, and depending on the wood type may darken or lighten over time.
