Announcement   Hello!

It's been a fun ride, and a pleasure to work with all of you, but Greenegoth will no longer be selling the Ram and Bull horns when my inventory is spent. As I transition into the new items in the store, my customer service will still remain high and I will bring you an eclectic array of exciting items for you to enjoy. As far as custom paint requests, I will still allow them, but you will have to purchase the horns first (to hold it), I will provide a prototype of the color, and either it's a go, or you will be refunded in full.



TURN AROUND TIME:
Please remember that orders are made when ordered. This can take 3-5 days BEFORE shipping.... all shipping in the USA is Priority Mail 2-3 business days, and all International orders are shipped First Class Mail unless you request a Priority Mail or Global Mail upgrade

ADDRESSES:
Please ensure that your mailing address is correct and complete at time of checkout. I cannot change your address afterwards by request via message. I do not replace or refund packages sent to the wrong address due to customer's error. If the address I receive from you appears to be incomplete, I will contact you asking for shipping address confirmation. Your order will not ship until I receive a valid address.

CUSTOM PAINT:
I am not set up for making custom designed horns at this time, so outside of painting the horns in the shop any way you desire, I have to turn you down for custom design horns. I do apologize for the inconvenience

FREE ITEMS FOR EXPOSURE:
I will not send free items for exposure. If you inquire about items to borrow or simply want them free to send me pictures of you with said items for exposure, I will not return your conversation.

SHIPPING:
ALL orders now ship via Etsy's system .... this means your order will ship to the address on Etsy, NOT PAYPAL.... please be certain your address is correct as I am not liable for an incorrect address. I an item is returned to me due to a wrong address, and you still want the item, you are responsible for a new shipping fee.

I mainly ship Priority Domestic and First Class International. If you need faster shipping, please ask me about Priority Mail International or Global Express shipping options BEFORE ordering

USA Orders:Tracking is included for all packages in the United States, but I always recommend you get an insurance upgrade for your peace of mind- Please note, If insurance is not purchased, I cannot be held accountable for any damages or losses that occur during shipping.

International Orders: I ship First Class Mail for all packages. However, it can be a 2-6 week wait on delivery depending on Customs in your specific Country. It is generally only a 4 week wait. A Customs Number is sent to you if you have an International order, but remember after it leaves the US it is very difficult to track unless you upgrade your shipping to Priority Mail Express International.


ORDERING:
Please read my listing description and sizing before purchasing and be sure to check all your measurements. I cannot accept returns on headpieces, hairpieces or handmade clothing due to Health laws.. It is always best to contact me with any questions you have before purchasing.

VOLUME ORDERS:
Volume orders ( orders over 10 sets of one item) are to be paid within 3 days of invoice made, or order will be cancelled. There is a 10% discount on the TOTAL order BEFORE shipping costs calculated. Any terminations requested during the making of the custom order, will result in a 10% of total order restock fee.



REFUNDS:
Due to state health law, I cannot accept returns on any head wear (i.e., horns headpieces, etc.) unless defective or broken upon delivery. If you order an item, and decide you do not want the item after I have shipped it already, when item is returned to me, you will receive a refund of the amount of item only, minus shipping.



Exchanges are on non- head wear items only. Please contact me immediately if there is a problem or issue with your order. A solution will be found.

PLEASE NOTE: I cannot return any items worn on the head due to Sanitation, Health Codes and State Law, It is illegal for me to accept returns and re-sell items since I have no proof of the item not being worn

International orders only- You may accrue VAT/Customs fees on your package in Customs BEFORE final delivery. These fees are the buyers responsibility, and Greenegoth is not responsible to pay for them, They are not included in your shipping charges, as I do not know if or how fees each item will accrue.
If you choose not to accept the package, and wish to return it, please be aware that you will be refunded for the COST OF ITEM ONLY, as the shipping has already been used. You will be refunded when the item is in my hands.

No refunds will be given on items if altered in any way ( by buyer) from the original shipped piece

If an item is eligible for return ( non- head wear), it must be returned within 7 days of arrival to buyer. If box has been opened, shipping cost is buyers responsibility via USPS. Unopened boxes can be "Returned to sender"

I have to push back the ship times to 3-5 business days to make sure you, my fine people, get the top quality product and service you deserve from Greenegoth. Shipping will remain fast and quality will remain top notch...3-5 business days means that your order will take up to 5 days to create, not the time from order to receiving.

All VAT, DUTY FEES and CUSTOMS FEES are the responsibility of the customer.

International shipping can be expensive and take a long time. so please keep this in mind while you are waiting.

Priority Mail, Express Mail, and Global Express Guaranteed are also available instead of the First Class shipping. If you'd like faster shipping--or if you're outside the US and want tracking--please e-mail or convo me *BEFORE* ordering and I'll update the shipping costs accordingly for any items you'd like to order.
