This is a nice looking necklace but very light and cheap. I was embarrassed to give it as a gift as I'd intended.

Very nicely made, unfortunately the smallest adjustment was a bit too big for my size 6 finger but I definitely recommend it for bigger ring sizes.

California, USA: I must charge sales tax on orders being shipped to CA.

All shipments are First Class (USA)
I ship domestically nearly everyday and internationally twice a week.

PLEASE NOTE: Once your order is shipped, I am NOT responsible for delayed, lost or damaged packages. If you would like insurance on your package (OPTIONAL), please email me BEFORE you pay and I will send you a revised invoice with insurance added.

SHIPPING ADDRESS:
I will ship your order to your PayPal address so please make sure it is correct before placing an order.

In order to keep my cost lost (including majority of the free shipping), I recycle many packing materials. Also, I will combine multiple items in the least amount of organza bags that I can. Unless they are all gifts, each item will come individually in an organza bag, you must message me in this regard.

Refunds and Exchanges
I want you to love the pieces you buy at my Etsy shops. I stand behind my creations. If you're not happy with your purchase, please email me or convo me to coordinate an exchange/refund before leaving feedback, we will work something out to both of our satisfactions! Please keep in mind, shipping cost cannot be refunded. I must be contacted within 3 days upon delivery and I will need to receive your item back within 7 days of your receipt. If I do agree to accept any item back after the time frame, there will be a 15% restocking fee.

***Return policy for expedited services for headpieces must contact me the day of the arrival and be postmarked the next day to get full refund.

Please send your items back to me in the original packaging via a trackable courier (UPS/FedEx), as I am not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
