How do I deal with a damaged item?
GypsyPlaid is proud of our customer service record and your satisfaction is very important to us. Please contact us immediately if your purchase has arrived with any shipping issues. Include a photo of packaging and the item as you received it. We will exchange damaged goods after we have received the original item and packaging back to me and followed up with delivery provider (must be return posted within 7 days). This will not include a refund on shipping.
Custom and personalized orders
Please be in touch if you have changed your mind within 24 hours as we may not have started your item. Once we have started we cannot accept cancellations on items. we cannot accept returns or exchanges on personalized or customized items but we may be able to exchange items not personalized or sized if they are returned in pristine condition and in their original packaging This type of return must be sent back by tracked and insured mail, providing us with a tracking number within 7 days.
