The craftsmanship is very neat and the item is just very well made :) love this sellers shop and she's very accommodating. I highly recommend shopping in her shop !

Frequently asked questions
How long until my order is shipped?
I ship my packages weekly via USPS. Premade items ship within a week, but custom orders vary and I always keep in touch during the process. If you need your custom item sooner, please contact me to request a rush order.
If you order premade items along with a custom item, they will all ship together when the custom item is completed. If you would like your premade items to ship separately, you will have to make two orders so I can ship the premade items right away.
**IMPORTANT!!** When I print your shipping label, Etsy automatically marks your order as shipped, but it may not be at the post office yet. I try to take packages to the post office the same day I print the label, but sometimes it may take an extra day or two.
Can I return a custom order?
Returns are not accepted for custom orders due to their custom nature. I document all of my custom orders before they are sent out, and all damage incurred to them after they are received is the buyer's responsibility. Regardless, if you have any issues with your custom order, please contact me so I can help!
My item was damaged during shipping!
I pack all of my items with great care, but unfortunately the shipping process can be hard on some of my delicate items.
Please send me photos of any damaged items ASAP and I will send a replacement package if possible. I will only issue replacements with proof of damages, and I will only replace the items that have sustained damage.
In the case of custom orders and items that I cannot reproduce, I will issue a refund instead. Proof of damage is still required.
Can you make me a custom item?
Absolutely! Please feel free to send me a message if you want something in a different color, size, or if you want something completely unique. I make each item by hand, so custom orders will take longer and may be more expensive than items that are already listed.
