Majority of parcels will be delivered in time, but occasionally there are some delay for some reason, which is postal service's responsibility and beyond our control. Please check if the postal service has left you any cards or notes stating that they have tried deliver your parcel while you are out. If you do find one of these cards, please follow the instructions on the card to arrange another delivery. If no card has been left, please contact your local mail sorting office or local postal service to see if they have any information for your package.
According to Royal Mail's policy, the items can not be considered lost until 15 working days (25 working days for the rest of the world) after the due date. Please only contact us after 15 WORKING DAYS for the UK or 25 WORKING DAYS for the rest of the world if your parcel does not turn up as there is nothing we can do to help until this deadline is reached.

To fulfil your order, you must provide us with certain information (which you authorised Etsy to provide to us), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering.
