We can send a gift card and envelope with your order free of charge if you want to give it as a gift. Please send us a note requesting this when you order.

We can custom make your order to your chosen colour scheme, however, the final product depends on the feathers we have available at the time. If you ask us to make your design using the colour scheme from another piece in our shop please be aware that it may not exactly resemble the original piece. This is due to the fact that we collect feathers and are limited by our collection.

We use a natural product often coming from wild birds, so we cannot exactly replicate designs as no 2 birds or feathers are the same. There may also be slight imperfections in the feathers.

If you are dissatisfied with your custom design contact us regarding returns. The cost of return postage is covered by the customer. See ‘Returns and Refunds’ section.

We only offer a refund if the item is damaged. Some feathers may have slight imperfections due to the nature of the product coming from wild birds. This is not considered as damage but rather adds charm to the piece.

The item may vary slightly from the photo due to the fact that each piece is made to order unless specified. We endeavour to recreate designs exactly but their May be differences due to the fact that no 2 feathers are the same.

If you are buying the item as a gift and the person receiving it wants to exchange it, they can but they must cover the cost of the return postage. Once the item has been received in the same condition it was sent, the exchange item will be sent and any further postage costs covered by the customer.
