Communication with Jennifer was fast, easy and super efficient. She was very responsive to the little tweaks I wanted to make and nailed it every time! The finished products are absolutely perfect. I can't recommend this seller enough. Jennifer was a pleasure to deal with. I originally wanted to work with her but was hesitant about the price. After shopping around extensively, I realized nothing was going to beat her artistry, making the price quite fair. Once we started working together, she far surpassed my expectations. We had a few rounds of edits and she implemented everything so perfectly including our kitty's signature smile and nose freckle. We just sent her our wedding website so she could see pictures of us, which was super easy! She got us the proofs before she originally stated she would, and we printed the portrait on canvas bags. It came out beautifully and photographed very well. I *cannot* recommend heartandfox enough!! We will absolutely be looking for an excuse to use them again.

Jennifer was FANTASTIC. She really captured us (and we added the pet expansion). Communication was great and really prompt. I had a lot of minor changes and Jennifer really listened to my input. Our families and guests LOVE the invites--we've gotten so many compliments. My sister-in-law even wanted the name of the shop to have her own family portrait done.
