1. It takes about 1-4 weeks to finish a custom chibi order (includes drying time). 3 weeks up for scale models and caricature.
2. Please message me your reference photo, make sure to tell me important details, such as if you want something different from your reference photos
3. Be ready to answer inquiries regarding your order. The slower your response, the longer it will take me longer to finish your order.
4. Likeness percentage will be a minimum of 50% to 95%. Sizes might also be less or more than what is stated in the size chart.
5. I will have the right to distribute the photos of the figures i made for marketing purposes
6. Do not rush me, unless you paid for rush service.
7. DO NOT RECAST!

Air Dry Clay:
1. Use wet wipes or wet q tips to clean your chibis
2. Do not submerge in water for long periods of time, they are water resistant but not waterproof!
3. Do not expose to extremely hot temperatures

I give discounts to bulk orders (6 pcs minimum)! Just message me if you are going to make a bulk order.

Wholesale orders (for party favors) minimum order is 60pcs.

For single orders we can give you a small discount. We can consider your budget and create one to fit your budget. The bigger the budget the more beautiful it will be. If budget is tight then we can negotiate. Expections? Please base it on your budget.

It is because we make the item piece by piece. Effort,time,materials are in that every piece. We think and create the best only for you. They are unique because they are made to order,customized and personalized. We do not have fancy machines to create your item in an instant. We create with care and love. We put all our efforts and passion in every detail.

1. It will take about a week to a month for you to receive the order, depends on the shipping option you have chosen
2. A tracking number will be provided so you can track your order.
3. Once shipped, it is out of my hands how long it will take for your order to get to you. Delays in shipping will depend on the weather, holidays, and other natural disasters that might occur and is the responsibility of the shipping company.
4. Damages caused by shipping is no longer my responsibility. Please contact the shipping company if you wish to make a complaint.
5. Delayed packages due to the couriers fault, will not be refunded.
6. Lost packages refund will be given after courier sends me the insurance funds.
7. Make sure you have the right address

I will be sending you regular updates of your order (please do not rush me for updates, unless you paid for rush services). UIpdates will be sent out as frequent as daily to a period of several days, trust that i will meet the deadline i stated. Once your figure is completed, a final photoshoot photos of your chibi will be sent to you for approval. Approval means you agree that the item you want has been made. No refunds will be made. I will STRICTLY only send you photos with my logos to prevent my art to be stolen.

Revisions:

Every custom order whether it is a figure / cake topper order or digital art will have 2-3 minor revisions. Additional charges will be made for more than 3 revision requests
or for any major revisions.

Additional figures/details will be charged accordingly.

Rush Services:

A fee will be charged (additional 30% of the order value) if you wish to have Rush Services. (Still requires 3 days to 1 week to finish and item and 1 week for delivery) Also, you need to choose Expedited Shipping on checkout.

The courier service i use has a notification system and requires you to sign for your package. If no one is home, they will contact you to communicate about your package.

If it gets returned to me i will have to pay another Expedited shipping fee to claim it (from your Country to mine) and another Expedited Shipping Fee plus handling fee will be asked if you wish to get your package back again. So that's twice the expedited shipping plus handling fee.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
