Making sense of the world with paint
Here are some facts about me and the world I live in:
-I paint every day.
-I eat a lot of salad.
-My spirit animal is the mighty grizzly bear.
-There is a mythical creature known as the Honesty Sheep. He turns up in strange places.
-I collect tea cups and empty frames.
-Beer is the most delicious substance a mouth can encounter.
-I like a hearty frolic in nature more than almost anything. Just give me a pretty mountain to climb.
-As I write this, there's a fantastic storm outside. It's the middle of July, but the parking lot to my building is full of ice from half-melted hail. It's really quite exciting, as far as weather goes. Canada's neat in that it can be sweltering hot one moment, and then suddenly your parking lot is a hockey rink.
-Some days I'll paint for around 16 hours. Some days I will barely get in a full work day. I work in these intense bursts, then recover and let new pictures come swimming into my head.
-I write stories. These stories are mediocre and odd.
-Gin. Gin is good.
-I own four guitars, a ukulele, a tambourine, a djembe, two recorders, a harmonica, a melodica, an air organ, a casio ML-2 keyboard, a keyboard that is a lot more like an actual keyboard than that last one, and a voice. Sometimes these elements come together to form the band Titmouse.

Accepted payment methods
Or, you know, Paypal.
But seriously, banjos.
Prints are shipped in sturdy bend-free mailers in an acid free plastic sleeve. Paintings are wrapped with the utmost care, using mostly recycled materials. Poster-sized prints come in a shipping tube.
I ship using Canada Post, which gets most prints to their North American destinations in 5-10 business days, and international destinations just a little bit longer than that. Prints don't come with tracking numbers, so contact me if you need something special.
