When will my item(s) be shipped? What happens if your package is returned to me?
Orders are typically ready to ship in 1-2 business days. Business days are M-F, excluding holidays. Contact me directly if you have special shipping requests.

Returned Package Info:
Be sure the address on your invoice is correct as that is the address where your package will be shipped to. If a package is returned to me (the seller) as undeliverable, etc. the Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package....THIS INCLUDES those shipped under our Free Shipping promotion if that applies to that particular order. Thank you for understanding.
Do you accept returns or exchanges for printed items?
Returns or exchanges are not accepted for printed items, however, if your items arrive damaged or I make an error, please contact me immediately.
Will printed items look exactly as they do on my computer/phone screen?
Colors may vary slightly between your monitor view/phone screen and the printed product. Please take this into consideration when placing an order.
Can I personalize my order?
If that particular product allows for personalization, it will be noted in the listing and there will be a specific note for instructions.
If an item doesn't state that it's available for personalization it's still possible I could create a custom item for you. Please reach out to me and together we'll see if the personalization can be made. I'm always open to suggestions!
Are any of your products available for wholesale?
Yes, many of my items are available for wholesale. At this time, please contact me and I will provide that information and product listings. If you have an idea for a wholesale item and you don't see it in my shop, let me know and I'll see if I can make that work!
What size are your printed cards?
ALL of our printed cards/notecards are folded A2 size.
-Cards are approx. 4.25" x 5.5"
-Envelopes are approximately 4.75" x 5.75" (included in order)
