There are no refunds for Instant Digital Downloads purchases.

For custom orders, I will work with you to provide the design that you want. Please be very clear with all preferences (i.e. text, font, colors, size) at the time of purchase or shortly after. I will gladly refund custom orders that I have not yet begun to work on, just convo or email me ASAP.

Digital orders are allowed one revision to make the item look just the way you want.

Printed orders will begin with me sending a Proof of your item. Once you approve this, it will be sent to the print shop and no further changes can be made. The buyer is responsible to make sure the item is just the way you want it to look, so please review the Proof carefully.

Once a design has been sent to the print shop, no refunds are available.

I begin working on customized designs once payment has been received (given that all necessary information has been provided by the buyer). I do not give "previews" prior to purchase.

After your purchase is complete, you will receive a proof so that you will have the opportunity to suggest changes before the final digital file is sent.

Digital designs are sent by the email address associated with Etsy (or PayPal). The current time frame to receive a customized digital design is about three business days. If you need something sooner, contact me to see if I can accommodate your time frame.

Printed invitations need a two week turnaround from the time the order is placed until it is at your doorstep. This is accounting for up to 3 days for the Proof design, up to 5 business days for the print shop, then shipping to your door. Orders will be shipped through Priority Mail, which typically takes 3-5 business days.

There may be delays in response time if all requested information is not given by the buyer at the time the listing is purchased (i.e. the food items you would like added to Food Labels, or the birthday child's name and age for invitations or other labels).

Colors of printed files my vary from what you see on your computer screen. If you are requesting a custom color, please be very specific in your description or send a picture of the color or item to match.

Digital proofs viewed on the iPhone or other mobile devices sometimes show colors inaccurately; be sure to double check on a desktop if the color seems incorrect.

PRINTING DIGITAL ITEMS / PRINTING FROM HOME:

You are responsible for printing, and this can be done at home on your printer, or you may use any type of office supply store (Office Depot, Staples, Kinkos, etc). I recommend printing on 110 lb. bright white card stock if you are printing at home. Invitations can also be printed as photos, in which case you would need a JPEG file instead of a PDF.

Darker invitations, signs, or labels - like black or navy blue - may look best printed on photo paper.

LABELS:

Water bottle labels, food labels, and toppers are not specified for a brand or style of labels (i.e. Avery sticker labels). I recommend printing on card stock and cutting and securing with tape as a way to save money.
