Frequently asked questions

What happens when my package tracking says "delivered" but I have not received anything?

Please reference the estimated shipping times for your region. If your package has not arrived in that time frame, feel free to contact me with any issues.

I can resend packages on a case-by-case basis, but if the package is lost a 2nd time, please file a claim with USPS.

Why is my package shipping delayed?

There are several factors for shipping delays. My shop is based in the USA, and due to the:
- COVID-19 pandemic
- US election
- holiday season

your package can take anywhere from 1-3 weeks (US) or 2-6 weeks (international) to arrive.

If you are planning for an event or occasion like a birthday, please order at least 2-3 weeks in advance.

Do you offer tracked shipping?

US ORDERS:
All orders are eligible for free, tracked shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
- Stickers and individual cards are sent with flat rate UNTRACKED shipping.
- Large orders including greeting card box sets are eligible for $5 USD tracked shipping.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

I cannot accept returns or exchanges, all products are final sale.

But please contact me with any issues with your order.

What is your refund policy?

All products are final sale. I will only issue refunds in the following circumstances:
- Package has not been delivered 2 weeks after the expected delivery date.
- Package is damaged upon arrival.
