I was so nervous shopping for a wedding band as my ring was custom made and hard to find something to contour the shape right. I was anxious about ordering something online but the seller was so clear with how to send measurements of my current ring so they could customize the band to fit my ring. It is absolutely perfect and compliments my ring so well! It’s a gorgeous band and pictures do not do it justice! After shopping the big retailers I just couldn’t find anything I loved, until I found this band. So glad I shopped small and got such a unique band that fits my engagement ring perfectly.

5 out of 5 starsBeautifully crafted, the customer service and communication were outstanding. I ordered the top ring as an accent ring for my wedding set back in 2022. The ring was carefully measured to be able to sit completely flush with my engagement ring as I have a low setting and my wedding band does not sit flush. I work in healthcare and have worn my rings every day, so they unfortunately experience a lot of wear and tear. I did notice a stone missing and messaged to see if I could purchase a replacement stone. From a photo alone, David was able to tell that I had actually lost a prong causing the stone to fall out. He invited me to send my ring back and he both repaired my band as well as replaced my stone!

Making & Shipping
(1) Handling time is 2-3 weeks, production starts once the payment is received. Usually, delivery time is 3-5 business days. We will be full of enthusiasm to complete Each Item and strive to make each item perfectly.
(2) We ship items internationally. International Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Engraving Available
1.Engraving is available for a fee of 2 USD.
2.The number of characters to be engraved is determined by the style, and up to 12 characters can be engraved.

Order Cancellation Principle
1. No charge for orders canceled within 48 hours
2. Orders canceled after 48 hours will be charged 20% for orders of $1,000 or more. Orders less than $1,000 will be charged $100.
Order Return And Exchange Principle
1. Free returns and exchanges within 30 days.
2. If there is any quality problem, we support full refund or exchange.
3. If there is no quality problem, the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of return and exchange
4. If the returned item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss of value, and all items must be unworn and in original condition

Installment Payment Fee Policy
1. For orders under $1,000, the first installment is a fixed amount of $100. And no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
2. For orders greater than or equal to $1,000, a down payment of 20% of the total order cost will be charged. Again, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted after 48 hours.
Installment Jewelry Storage Policy:
1. Items will not be shipped until the final installment payment is paid;
2. The minimum amount for each installment is $100;
3. We will hold your layaway item for up to 6 months;
4.Support Etsy's Klarna as an installment method of payment usage for orders;
