Terms and Conditions for the Sale of Digital Products by hellotinka on Etsy

1.Scope

2.Offer and Conclusion of Contract
The offers in this shop are non-binding invitations for the buyer to purchase digital products. By submitting an order, the buyer makes a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order and provides access to the digital files.

3.Prices and Payment

8.Final Provisions
If a provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected thereby. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from the contractual relationship is the seller's registered office, provided the buyer is a merchant, legal entity under public law, or a special fund under public law.
