WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?
I'm located in Portugal, but to make things easier for you, avoid surprise Custom fees and more environmentally conscious (with much less CO2 emissions) I have partnered with several professional photography labs across the globe:
- United Stated
- Canada
- United Kingdom
- Portugal
- Australia
So depending on where you're located, I will ship from the closest lab I have partnered with.
CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE ALL PHOTOGRAPHY PRINTS?
You can return or exchange photography prints, except prints of any size larger than 16x20". This is because larger prints traveling across countries often arrive damaged and that would mean that you would not be able to get a proper refund and I would not have any use for the damaged print.
HOW DO I PROCEED TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ORDER?
Though I accept returns and exchanges, please consider that I'm located in Portugal, and I have partnered with professional photography labs in the US, Canada, UK and Australia. These labs are not able to receive your prints again, nor storage them for me.
This means that whenever a return/exchange takes place, the customer needs to ship the order to my office in Portugal. The customer is also responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In that case, please contact me via Etsy message to inform me of the damage, preferably with photos that will showcase the damage. Returns/refunds are not accepted for damaged items, however, I will send a replacement order free of charge.
