For custom orders, contact me with your idea and how much you would like me to make as well as other information might I need to know.

A custom listing is always created for each custom order as a means to review your purchase and place your order.

The style of gift wrapping will correspond to the item type. For example, an earring will be packaged in a beautiful handmade patterned enveloped with the personalized message as well as any other finishing touches such as dried flowers (when available) and chocolate truffles to name a few. However, a handmade vase would be packaged more sturdy in a beautiful custom box with crinkled tissue paper and other elegant touches such as tissue wrapping and a handmade card with the personalized message.

Shipping rates are based on the item selected and the weight of your order. You may view these rates at checkout prior to ordering. All orders over $75 will be free shipping for U.S. addresses only.

I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for physical products. Please ensure that the product you are ordering meets your standards. If you have any questions about a product, don't hesitate to contact me.

I pride myself on producing error-free pieces that are carefully crafted and inspected for errors but I understand that things happen such as flaws in the design or make of a product. In the event that your order arrives damaged or becomes damaged, please contact me within 2 weeks of your order being received.
