Custom and personalised orders
Yes, custom orders are welcome! 💛 Message us with your idea, colors, sizes, and deadline, and we'll send a quote. We can change text, colors, and fonts, make custom sizes, and create event- or brand-specific designs. Custom orders are non-refundable once work has started.
Sizing details
Sizes and formats are listed in each listing. Wall art and alphabet prints come in standard print sizes, PNGs are high-resolution with transparent backgrounds, and templates can be resized in Canva. Need another size? Message us and we'll help.
Care instructions
These are digital files, so no care is needed. For best results, print on good-quality paper with "high quality" settings, at home, at a local print shop, or through an online service. PNGs suit DTF, sublimation, or heat transfer printing.
Wholesale availability
Our designs are digital, so there's no wholesale, but custom bundles are possible. Message us for a quote. See our shop policies for licensing.
How do I get my files?
Instantly! Once payment is confirmed, Etsy emails you a download link. You can also find your files in Your Account → Purchases and Reviews. Nothing is shipped.
Which products are editable in Canva?
Invitations, invitation websites, and Canva-based templates are editable in Canva, as are some wall art designs. PNG files and print-ready art are not editable. Please check each listing. It clearly says which type it is.
Can I sell items made with your T-shirt PNG designs?
Yes! T-shirt and alphabet PNGs may be used commercially on physical products (shirts, hoodies, mugs, and so on). You may not resell or share the files themselves, or use them in digital products (stickers, clipart, templates). See our shop policies.
Can I use templates, wall art, or alphabet prints for my business?
Templates (certificates, portfolios, booking pages, flyers, social media) may be used for your own business and clients' event materials. Invitations, wall art, and prints are for personal use. You may not resell or redistribute any template or file.
Can I get a refund?
Because these are digital products, we can't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. If a file or link isn't working, message us and we'll fix it quickly. 💛
