You can pay for your order via Paypal, or using Etsy's Direct Checkout with a credit or debit card.

If you pay via e-check then I can't send the items until after the e-check has cleared, if it is an international e-check then this can take more than a week.

You can cancel your order at any time before the order has been posted out, please contact me to arrange this. Once your order has been posted I won't be able to refund you until the item is returned to me.

VAT of 20% will be charged on all orders within the UK and the European Union.

Parcels are only sent out on Mondays and Thursday due to the opening hours of my small local post office. I live in a remote location and it is not possible to send orders outside of these times.


I send all regular orders below £100 in value using a regular non-tracked service. Orders over this amount are sent using a tracked service at no extra cost.
If you would like to add tracking to any order below £100 in cost please contact me.

I charge postage at as close to cost as possible.
Shipping will automatically be combined and discounted when you add items to your cart.
In general, for items weighing 100g postage is as follows-
UK £3 +VAT , additional items no extra cost
Europe £4, additional items cost £1 each
Everywhere Else £5, additional items £2.50 each

Items weighing more than 100g have a higher postage cost.
The quickest way to check your total postage costs is to add items to your cart and let the coding do it's magic, it will work out the price accurately for multiple items. Until you checkout it's always possible to remove items.

I currently send all UK mail using a 48hour service, most items arrive 2 days after posting, but it can take slightly longer.

Please allow up to 15 working days for UK mail from dispatch for an item to arrive, 20 working days for European mail, 25 working days for all other international mail.
In my experience post often arrives far quicker than this, but I can't report an item as missing with Royal Mail until after these periods of time have elapsed.
If it remains missing after this time I will do my best to replace your order or will offer you a refund.

International orders over certain values (this varies depending on your country) may be charged customs fees. This is out of my control, and any fees that the items incur are at the buyers expense. I am more than happy to split parcels so they come in under the customs limit, please send me a message with your purchase and I will let you know if you need to pay any extra postage. It is illegal for me to mark parcels as a "gift".
Please check that what you are purchasing will be allowed through customs in your country, if items are returned to me due to being refused by customs I will refund the cost of the item, but not the shipping fees.

I print out the invoice generated by Etsy to use as your shipping address. Please make sure this address is correct. If you need it sent to another address please send me a message at the time of purchasing.

Colour varies from computer to computer. I try to represent the shades as accurately as I can, some shades, particularly reds and purples, are notoriously hard to photograph. For the most part I don't edit my photos at all, apart from cropping them. I occasionally adjust photos to make sure that what I see on screen matches the true colour of the fibre.
