I explained the situation, to which they said they would find out where it was. I was sent out a replacement which I received on time. The item is of great quality and definitely matches the description beyond my expectations. Brilliant item and brilliant customer service. Thank you Hooraydays.

When will my item arrive (International Orders)?
We want your order to be with you in time for your event so it is important to consider the shipping options before you order.
International standard shipping takes on average 5-20 working days to arrive. This shipping service does not include a tracking function so if you would like to track your order's transit progress please purchase the Tracked & Signed Service.
International Tracked & Signed Delivery takes on average 3-5 working days to arrive within Europe and 5-8 working days to locations outside Europe however during the pandemic delivery times cannot be guaranteed, a signature may not be required due to Covid-19 safety measures. Shippers are working hard to keep teams safe so delivery delays are possible.
International Standard Shipping Liability
International Standard Shipping is an economy shipping service that has no tracking function so once your order is shipped by us we will not be able to provide any means to locate your package.
If you chose this shipping service we cannot take any liability if your order is lost as this is not a tracked service.
We do offer a Tracked & Signed shipping service on all of our products which you can select at the checkout. We take full responsibility for all packages sent via the tracked and signed shipping service. We STRONGLY RECOMMEND using the Tracked & Signed international shipping service. Please take this into consideration before placing your order.
When will my item arrive (UK Orders)?
There are significant delivery delays within Royal Mail at the moment so we strongly recommend selecting 1st Class or Next Day Delivery to ensure your order is with you quickly.
Standard Shipping is sent using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service which has a delivery aim of within 3 working days. The delivery aim for 1st Class mail is 1-2 working days although it is not possible to guarantee delivery times due to Covid-19 delays.
We offer a next day shipping service in the UK for all orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. If you chose the next day delivery service on a Friday your package will be delivered on Monday. This service is available to select at the checkout. Please contact us to discuss delivery times if required.
Can you combine shipping costs?
All of our shipping costs are automatically combined when you add more than one item to your cart although when you add many items to your cart the shipping amount can start to add up!
If you find this happening please get in touch. Just let us know what you plan to order, where you would like it to be sent and the delivery time frame you had in mind and we will reach out to the shippers to bring the costs down for you.
Do you offer Express Shipping?
We work with several national and international couriers to offer a variety of faster shipping options. Please get in touch to discuss if you need something quickly, we're happy to help.
In the UK we are able to offer a next day shipping option for orders placed before 12 noon Monday to Thursday. If you chose next day shipping on a Friday your item will be delivered on the following Monday. Next day shipping is available to select at the checkout using the shipping service drop down box.
For international locations we are able to offer a 3 working day shipping option. Please contact us to discuss this option if you feel you need to use this service for your order.
Important shipping information
If your package has arrived and you are missing items or the items are damaged please let us know within 3 working days of delivery. To work with you to resolve these issues we will need photos of the packaging and any damaged items.
If your item is returned by the shipper we will contact you. We will confirm your details with you and require you to pay additional postage to resend your order. We will retain your items 28 days, however following this period, if no additional postage is purchased we will donate your items to our local Adult learning support centre for use at their events.
For international orders, if you wish to track your package whilst it travels to your location you must chose the tracked and signed shipping option.
How can I return my item?
We want you to love the items as much as we do but we also understand that sometimes you may need to return an order. If you do need to return an item please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship the item back to us within 30 days of delivery.
Please ensure the items are unopened/unused and in their original packaging as opened items cannot be refunded.
Please note, return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer, however we always recommend the use of a recorded return shipping service as items lost in return mail cannot be refunded.
Covid-19 Shipping Delays
During the current pandemic situation there will be delivery delays due to Covid-19 safety measures. The shippers will be socially distancing their teams and implementing safety measures to keep their employees safe which may cause delivery delays. Please bear these delays in mind when choosing your shipping service.
WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU CHOSE 1ST CLASS SHIPPING IF YOU ARE BASED IN THE UK OR THE TRACKED AND SIGNED SHIPPING IF YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL BUYER TO AVOID DELAYS.
