5 out of 5 starsA couple of the beads shown in the original photo were no longer available. The owner offered the option of a refund right away and even went out of the way to ask me if there were any substitutions I’d want. The piece i received looked even BETTER than what I had ordered in the first place and i was very happy with the customer service.

5 out of 5 starsI recently miscarried my daughter at 16 weeks. I wanted a something special to have in my car to think about her wherever I go. Emily jumped at the opportunity to create this beautiful piece and really put my thoughts to life. The pink and purple iridescent butterfly represents my girl, the pearls represent heaven, the blue and pink flowers represent infant loss and, of course, the forget me nots to never forget her. Thank you, Emily! This means more to me than I can express. Emily was a delight to work with and the kindest person!
