Hi there y'all,

We're Brandon and Oliver, two brothers who have a started a concrete home goods company with brutalism at its heart.

Before illfound we were sitting on the couch after work and Brandon asked what company we would start if we were to go into business together and we brainstormed the hypothetical, nonchalantly. Pondering it, we came to the conclusion we both love brutalism and home goods would be an approachable start so we decided to do some research on the topic.

Looking through the catalogues of homewares we weren't seeing the brutalism that we envisioned for our brand. We didn't see the Blade Runner or the futuristic elegance that we'd expected to already be on the market. It turns out that if you don't make the future you want then it doesn't come to pass.

We set out on R&D figuring out how to work with concrete, designing prototypes, and sourcing molds. After months of trial and error we brought out our first products and have been going ever since.
