Please follow my shop policy, AGAIN" I will not be responsible for any delays, forwarded and lost package during shipment/delivery. Once the mailman picked it up, they are out of my hands. Sizing details
For sizing, this is the age bracket 0-3 mos, 0-6 mos, 6-12 mos, 1-3yrs,3-6yrs, 6-10 yrs, 11-teen, adult. If the child's age is at the last of bracket like 3 yrs old, choose 3-6 yrs not 1-3 yrs, and if you feel that the head size is larger than usual, let me know and you can order larger than his/her size. Take note they will use and enjoy it longer. My products are one of the best things they'll remember and love, kids grow faster. Always message me before ordering for questions. Custom and personalized orders
Im happy to customize preexisting or new items for you. If you wish for a new character, please let me know so I can quote the cost according to age and explain the details for you. What makes my items unique and pretty, especially my Crochet character wig hats, is that I make sure it's close to the original character. For pre-existing items, you see in my shop, let me know if you want to customize color, etc. But if it's too complicated I might add an additional fee, we'll work it out. Always message me first for questions and I'll be more than happy to help! :)

Care instructions:
Pls. do not bleach the items. Do handwash and lay flat to dry or use disinfectant Lysol spray. Wig hats have strands be careful not to pull it, it can be easily return just pull it inside & downward, you see the pattern where it should be. Do not allow others with larger head size to wear it or else it will stretch bigger & will not return to its original size. Don’t tell me that the hat size you receive is way too big bec. I always follow the size you gave me & according to standard. Example, you order size 3-6 yrs & you said it's even larger than adults, take note that they differ in size, height & length! So, message me the correct head measurement in inches & other questions! I'm nice & always value my customers & products.
