NOTE: While we usually have a nice assortment of items to view here on our Etsy page, we have paused sales through Etsy at this time as Etsy has recently decreed a "reserve" against our shop without explanation. This means that Etsy has chosen to withhold our share of the funds from our sales. Etsy advises us that Etsy does not need to make an explanation as to the "why" they are doing this at any time. While we are not aware of ever violating any Etsy rules, Etsy has both confirmed that we have violated rules AND also confirmed to us that we have never violated any rules--without further explanation to us--as Etsy is "unable to provide further explanation".

We look forward to recommencing sales through Etsy both once we have received explanations from Etsy for this inappropriate administrative behaviour, and once we can be properly assured that Etsy will not unjustly withhold our share of the proceeds from our sales from us at anytime in the future. In the meantime, we await Etsy's explanations and efforts to restore our trust in them.

We're an antique and collectible shop based in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Carrying a wide variety of curated items at all different price points, we pride ourselves in standing out from the crowd in the antique scene. Collectible items, beautiful one-of-a-kind finds, and everything in between.

PLEASE NOTE: If you'd like insurance, please contact us and we will be happy to add it for cost. If you are purchasing multiple items from us, we would be happy to combine them for a lower shipping cost. Send us a message and we'll give you more information on the combined shipping cost of your purchases.

On some of our higher priced items, we may consider reasonable offers. Send us a quick message and we'll see what we can do.

- Items are shipped packaged with bubble wrap.
- We can combine shipping for multiple items purchased from our shop. Just ask (BEFORE YOU BUY) and we will set this up for you.
- We can ship to countries outside of Canada and the USA. Please ask.
- Shipped with a tracking number where possible.
- Faster shipping options and insurance where available from the shipper (shipping is at customer’s own risk) may be purchased additionally and is available UPON REQUEST.
- Ibon Antiques is NOT responsible for loss or damage due to shipping. If you would like to add shipper’s liability insurance, PLEASE ASK.
- Shipping includes the cost of shipping, shipping materials and the 12% to 20% Etsy surcharge on shipping costs.
- GST (5%) is only applicable to Canadian customers. Etsy is currently not appropriately complying with Canadian federal tax rules and as such we may be obliged to directly request payment of GST from Canadian customers. This may appear as an additional request for payment from us. Contact us directly at www.ibonantiques.ca for more information and/or clarification.

- All purchases are Final Sale, with no refund or replacement available.
