5 out of 5 starsThis is a fantastic guide! I purchased it for my partner who wanted to build a cat enclosure but had minimal handiwork experience. The enclosure turned out great and I was told that the instructions were thorough and easy to follow. Another nice thing is that the plans are easy to modify. We swapped out some materials for similar items that were already lying around the yard. Our cat is obese and there's still tons of room for him to move around. For absolute beginners, it might be helpful to include a recommended hinge size. I had to stop my partner from installing hinges that would've been far too small.

Inside view of our Single Unit Enclosure. -
There is so much space inside the enclosure that we can grow iguana safe plants inisde! -
We've added grow lights to the outside of the enclosure as well. (Remember not all grow lights are water/mist safe.) -
Upper levels stays between 88-98 degrees. Lights come individually to raise the temps. Lower levels stay between 77-88. -
Our Boomer is so happy in her enclosure that she has begun laying eggs! Healthy, Happy Iguana! (43 eggs in 2023!)
