What if the product is lost in the mail?

If your sent order is lost in the mail, no worries, we'll resend it again.
*all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.

What if the product received is misprinted/damaged/defective?

We'll ask for a photo of the damaged goods, and we'll then gladly send a replacement.
*Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received.

What if I have ordered the wrong size?

To remind, we only produce the items after we receive your order. That's means all items are make according to order. If you have ordered the wrong size, please inform us as soon as possible. If the item still not yet in production, we can change the size for you. We are unable to offer exchanges of size after the order has been fulfilled and shipped.
