I believe that every handmade item is special--every one of them carries its own story. Because of this, I make an effort to show you each item that you will be purchasing. I guarantee that the item you see is the item you will get.

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I will accept returns if:
a) you contact me within 7 days of receiving the item and let me know you would like to return it
b) the item was not personalized with writing
c) you have not written on, marked, torn, scuffed, or otherwise made the item un-sellable

Returns must be received within 30 days of notification.

Please note that unless the return is due to a defect in the item, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
All payment must be received within 24 hours of purchase unless arranged otherwise in advance.

At this time, I only accept Paypal payments. Keep in mind that you can use your credit card to pay through Paypal, without setting up a Paypal account. Please contact me if you are having difficulties with the Paypal system.
I typically ship within 1-2 days of purchase and I will contact you when your items go in the mail. I ship first class with Delivery Confirmation within the US and Airmail internationally. If you would like your purchase shipped another way and are willing to pay the difference, just let me know and I will look into it and send you a revised invoice.

I LOVE to do custom orders! See a card that you like but want a different flower or saying? Just click on the "Request Custom Item" link on the right hand side of the page and let me know what you have in mind.

I do not believe that the transaction is over until you have your products in your hands. For this reason, I do not leave feedback immediately upon receipt of your payment. Rest assured this does NOT mean I am planning on leaving you negative feedback or holding my feedback “hostage”!

I will leave feedback for you as soon as one of the following occurs:
a) you contact me via convo or email and let me know that the item arrived
b) you leave feedback for me (this lets me know that the item arrived)
c) it has been one week since the delivery confirmation shows that your item was delivered (for domestic orders ONLY)
d) it has been one month since I mailed your item (for international orders ONLY)

This policy allows me to give honest feedback on the ENTIRE transaction.

If you are unhappy with your items once you receive them, I ask that you please contact me before leaving negative feedback and give me an opportunity to work with you to find a viable solution.
