OUR FINISHES:
Please note, we do our finishes using simple methods (rotary tumblers). It’s not an exact science, therefore our Aged finish can sometimes end up slightly darker or lighter than the photos show. Photos and screens can also be tricky, making the finish look darker or brighter than it actually is, especially with our reflective Polished pieces.. As well, shades of our Aged vary from batch to batch, so one pair of charms may be lighter or darker than another pair, but singles within a pair will always match one another. Our Aged finish can be lightened easily if you find any are darker than you’d like. Contact us for details.
SALE SHIPPING:
During sales, we commonly restock sold-out items after VIncent casts them, but still have to do the finish on those items, so this, along with alot of orders may cause shipping delays. We are a small business of two people—one person does all shipping and one person does all the finishes. Your shipping turnaround time could take up to 7 days at the longest which isn't common, but a possibility. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
OVERWEIGHT PACAGES: During sales, if your package weighs over 8 oz (which is rare), your shipping label cost goes up to the next price bracket, so the $4.95 shipping you pay will not cover your package and we'll have to send you an invoice to pay the overage. Thank you for your understanding.
PLACING AN ORDER 24 HRS BEFORE A SALE:
If we do a sale that is more than 30% off and you’ve placed an order within 24 hours of the sale, you have the opportunity to cancel your order and reorder at sale price, as long as we haven't shipped your order yet. Please contact us.
