About

Infinite Possibilities

Hello fellow Etsians. Welcome to our store! We're Vincent and Nooma, the husband and wife team behind Inviciti. Vincent first began this shop for his handmade charms for jewelry-makers, while at the same time he and I each had our own jewelry shops here on Etsy. This store has become the busier of the three, so we both now put our focus on Inviciti and I still make jewelry every now and again. We're excited that our little store is coming alive and forever thankful that we get to make a living making things that inspire others to create.

Our business has proven to us something we already suspected—that through the power of imagination, two creative minds working together and feeding off from one another have the power to move mountains. The energy and flow of ideas is more powerful than each of us alone could ever hold. There are times we each develop our own projects, but time and time again, our collaborative ideas seem to morph into more highly evolved ideas at a faster pace than they do when we are each working alone on a project.

Even though we try to live in the present moment as much as we can, we find we're always looking forward, beyond the horizon of wherever it is we are in our creative evolution, staying open for the next big idea. One thing we can't bare to imagine—in life and in work—is stagnation; so this store (like ourselves) is always changing and there'll always be something new to see here—sometimes big changes and sometimes small—a new material being used; a new line of colored finishes; or even a new way of shooting our photos. A desire for exploration and growth is what drives us in our work.

We both design new pieces and fulfill orders, but we also each have our individual tasks. Shipping is something we do together and it's actually relaxing to us—like our reboot period. Vincent is the metal man and does all the casting and mold-making for the store. He's so inventive when it comes to new methods of production and not only enjoys creating new designs, but also loves developing new and improved ways (or even tools) to best output his ideas. As the social media guy, Vincent handles most of our customer relations, as well as does all marketing for Inviciti. Internet marketing is what he used to do for a living—a skill that has helped us hugely. Before all this he raced bikes in motocross, and when he's not working he loves staying active and healthy, has a deep love of music, and last, but not least, is a father (and me a step-mother) to a beautiful 11-year old girl who inspires him daily.

I myself have been a maker-of-things for as long as I can remember and was a graphic artist before all this. I do any design work we need (banner, biz cards, etc. ), and also do the photography for our shop. I make resin pieces for the store which is something I love doing and am just beginning my exploration of; I also make new designs for our pewter castings. Been making jewelry for a long time and only recently started making jewelry supplies when Inviciti started growing. Outside of work, I love to paint in oil, and hang with my cats who are the most amazing and interesting little beings I know.

We'd like to see Inviciti grow to include a wide range of materials for jewelry-makers (all handmade), as well as our own jewelry featuring some of our elements. The thing we love most about Inviciti is that we never know what'll pop up here and neither do you! The surprises in our work is what keeps us moving forward and hopefully what keeps our customers and comrades coming back for more. ;-)

Wishing you all an adventurous, courageous, and joyful journey in life. We thank you sincerely for visiting our store!
