Returns and exchanges

Returns and exchange details
Unfortunately we can no longer accept returns or exchanges due to several customers returning used stamps. Used and "cleaned" stamps can not be mailed out as new items and we have been taking a loss due to this issue. Inks, embossing inks and polymer clays and powders all leave residual traces on the rubber which no longer make the stamp sellable as new.
Please make your purchases with this knowledge.
Payment
Payment should be made at the time of purchase.
If we have not received your payment within three days we will cancel your order. Please let us know if there is a problem and perhaps we can work something out.
If your order is being mailed to an address within the state of California Sales Tax of 8% is added to your order.
Shipping
We have two options for orders within the United States.
1. Mailing cost is for first class mail, if we have charged you more than 1.00 over actual postage we will refund you the difference.

2. Priority mail is $7.75 for as many stamps as you would like.
