My package got lost, but ippers was very responsive, understanding and helpful throughout the whole thing. They weren't able to send a replacement for a few weeks, so offered an additional print because of the long wait. It actually arrived soon before they were going to send those. The packaging was very sturdy and must have taken a lot to break the tube open and bend it out of shape. On ippers' part, everything was done well. Packaging was sturdy as as secure as it could have been, and customer service has been stellar. The print itself is lovely and high quality.

Wonderful Art. I really love the print. It did come to me in a tube however which meant that it was rolled up. So before I can really hang it I'll need to flatten it. Other than that, 10/10
