RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If there's a problem with your order please let me know as soon as possible so we can work to correct the problem.
Refunds/exchanges are accepted in the following situations:
~items that are damaged in transit
~items that have a defect in production
In either situation, please contact me within 3 days of receipt and I will happily work with you to provide a refund or replacement.
Photos of damage/defect may be necessary to begin the process of your refund. Photos and/or return of product must be complete within 14 days.
CHOOSE YOUR DEVICE CAREFULLY-returns for incorrect device selection cannot be honored.
CANCELLATIONS
In order to provide the fastest delivery of your phone case, production will begin almost immediately after order. If you need to cancel, please do so within 1 hour of purchase or a refund may not be possible.
I'll do whatever is within my power to make your experience with Irie Cases a great one, but please be aware of the nature of a made to order item before purchasing.
PRODUCT COLORS
Colors may look different on your screen than on the finished products – Depending on your monitor settings, there may be some variations in color. If you have any questions, please ask before purchase. I'm happy to answer any questions you may have.
PROTECTION LEVEL
Snap Case - a slim, stylish plastic shell that protects your phone from light bumps and scratches. It is not meant for hard use.
Tough Case - also slim, but with the added protection of a TPU bumper it’s able to handle some bigger bumps and protect against scratches.
Clear / Frosted Cases - lightweight case to protect against light bumps, dirt and scratches. It is not meant for hard use.
It is recommended that you use a screen protector in conjunction with any phone case.
WHAT IS TPU?
TPU (thermoplastic polyurethane) is a hybrid between hard plastic and soft silicone. It is a dense, smooth rubber, made to slide in and out of the pocket without attracting lint, dust or fingerprints. It is excellent at absorbing minor impacts.
I currently only offer Tough Case TPU bumpers in black. EXCEPT - iPhone 11 and forward are available in either Black, Grey, or Clear TPU. If you do not specify a color preference, black will be sent.
PUT IT ON / TAKE IT OFF
Snap Case - Angle your phone into the case starting with the side that has the most buttons. Gently press the other side of your phone into the case & “snap” it into the case. This case is meant to give your phone a snug fit. To remove the case, start at a corner and peel back the case to release your phone.
Tough Case - Remove the TPU bumper from the phone case and place it around your phone. Then, angle your phone with the TPU bumper into the case, starting with the side that has the most buttons. Gently press the other side of your phone into the case and “snap” it into the case. This case is meant to give your phone a snug fit. To remove the case, start at a corner and peel back the case (without the TPU layer) to release your phone.
