Due to the curves, I avoided the pattern 3 years back. I am a bit more experienced with curves and adapting techniques. I am happy with the results. I like the drape lining inside. For a child's size pumpkin, I decided I pasted back and front of foam. Shrunk the foam size by 10%. Used bias for the inside ribs and bottom base. I love that I did not have to figure out the math. Both patterns are enough to work with.

such an adorable pattern!! i made a large for a medium basket for an extra bulky look and it came out perfectly. i’ll be using this for spooky basket #2 later and probably an excuse to make other holiday gift baskets for my kids as well 🥹🤎

I’ve never used a pattern before but this one was easy enough to figure out! Probably would have been easier to make if I had a sewing machine but I love how it turned out! It ended up working perfect for my retrospec basket although I didn’t worry about making any holes for the handles. It’s exactly what I wanted! Thank you <3
