Mixed Media UpCycled Accessories for the Free-Spirited

I find inspiration for creating in nature, in the bits and pieces of color and texture in my studio and well, really just about everywhere I look. I also like the challenge of creating something new using recycled materials. So my studio is stocked full of colorful fabrics, snippets, buttons, baubles and other things I’ve collected because “I might be able to make something out of it”. It’s my happy place, where I have free reign to make messes and make art.

Press: I have been lucky enough to have some of my pieces featured in Stampington magazines: Spring 2018 Haute Handbags 100+ Favorite Artistic Handbags, Altered Couture and the Spring and Fall 2013 and Fall 2015 issues of Haute Handbags. I was pleasantly surprised to see my painted clutch bag as the cover photo for the October 2015 issue.
