Dear customer!
I can ship my items worldwide as registered letters or by UPS Delivery Company, but shipping costs to Australia increased too much for me and I am forced to introduce additional shipping fee to this country. Shipping by UPS Delivery Company is more expensive so I am only able to ship order above $300. The good news is that you will receive your items in 3-5 days!
Important note for customers outside the European Union: Returning items is possible, but I will need to deduct the amount of the refund by the cost of customs clearance, which is approximately $50. In addition, the customer pays for the return shipment, which is quite expensive. Therefore, please think carefully before you buy an item and then whether it is worth returning.

1.Information I Collect
To fulfil your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, email address, postal address and the details of the product that you’re ordering. I send purchased items no later than 3 working days after receiving a payment.
Shipping
After sending the shipment I send a message with the tracking number.
Shipping time is normally 4-6 days to Europe, 10-14 business days overseas, but it can take few days more.
If an address does not accept / pic up a package and the order is shipped back to me, a buyer covers repeat shipping costs. This is a generally accepted rule among Etsy members.

I can't take responsibility for UNDELIVERED, LOST or STOLEN packages.
All international orders are shipped with a tracking number to monitor
the whereabouts of your package.
Please understand that as a small business with hand made items
(not manufactured in bulk)
I can not absorb the costs of undelivered, lost or stolen merchandise.
Also, International Buyers are responsible for ALL duty and VAT fees and any extra charges that may occur after your package has been shipped.
