Frequently asked questions

Custom and personalized orders

Q: CAN YOU RUSH MY ORDER IF I NEED IT BY A CERTAIN DATE?
A: It depends on the current wait time and on how soon you need it! Please contact me and let me know the exact date you would need your order by, and I will let you know right away if I am able to accommodate.

Q: CAN YOU MAKE A CUSTOM PAIR OF SLIPPERS IF I SEND YOU A PHOTO OR PATTERN?
A: I will certainly try! Please send me a photo or pattern and specify what colors/size you would like, and I'll let you know right away if I can.

Sizing details

Q: ARE YOUR SLIPPERS TRUE TO SIZE, OR SHOULD I SIZE UP OR DOWN?
A: Please order the US shoe size you normally wear, and I will size the slippers to match that foot size. I generally make the slippers a bit smaller than the shoe size, because they stretch significantly and it is better to have them snug!
