I had sent the file by email and it was my fault for not following up to make sure she received the file. *sometimes email accounts don't allow large files so I have to end up sending them individually (one envelope jpg at a time). It is not my habit to 'drop the ball' and I apologize for this I have given her a full refund and have resent the customized files. Again my apologies as this is not a habit of mine to leave a customer without response or follow up. ;)
