Frequently asked questions
How soon will the painting be shipped?
You can expect your painting to be shipped within 24 to 72 hours after purchase (unless it is a commissioned listing). It will be sent via USPS or UPS with a tracking number and insurance. If you need your order sooner, please contact me that will change shipping price.
All paintings are bubble wrapped and securely packaged. I do frequently use recycled shipping materials but rest assured all packaging is sturdy and appropriate for the contents. I also purchase my own packaging supplies and package art work myself before shipment.
If there is a loss of package or damage in transit we will work together to figure out a reasonable solution. Insurance on packing insures a refund of the painting amount to seller, which I give back to buyer.
