Rustic, industrial jewelry with a connection to nature.

I was what you would call an "inside kid". I played piano, built Lego houses, and loved puzzles. I discovered beads when I was about 8 years old. I would dig through my mom’s jewelry box to sort and organize her necklaces. I started to take apart jewelry to give it a new life.

I recently purchased the house that my mom grew up in, and I set up my jewelry and art studio in her childhood bedroom. I share this house with my husband and his growing art studio, 2 dogs, 2 cats, and a growing menagerie of houseplants. I’ve spent the past 25 years teaching myself new techniques and refining the techniques I’ve already learned.

I get my inspiration from my love of rusty old things and the way that nature pushes its way through our urban spaces. My designs incorporate that natural element with a rustic, industrial style.
