How long until my order is shipped?
Our pieces are all made to order. The processing time varies by item. Please see an individual item's listing for its processing time.
In fairness to all of our customers, we are not able to bypass the processing time to ship any order ahead of schedule.
What is the transit time for an order once it is shipped? (Domestic)
USPS First Class / 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail / 1-3 2-6 business days.
USPS Priority Mail Express / 1-2 business days.
Please understand that these are estimates, as we are not able to guarantee an exact arrival date.
What is the transit time for an order once it is shipped? (Internationally)
FIRST CLASS INTERNATIONAL
Orders typically take 2–6 weeks to arrive, but transit times can vary significantly. Occasionally, packages may be delayed for an extended period if held by customs. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing in your country, so please be aware of the risk of delay. In rare cases, customers have reported waiting several months for their orders to arrive.

USPS PRIORITY MAIL EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL
Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days

Shipped to the Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — Jill Makes cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, contact us right away. We can usually accommodate address corrections as long as the order has not yet shipped.
If an order is shipped to the wrong address, packages are often returned to us by the postal service. If your package is returned, we will contact you, and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order to the correct address.
If I no longer want to wait on my international order to arrive, can I get a refund?
We completely understand that you'd like your international order as soon as possible. We strongly recommend purchasing either USPS Priority Mail International (6-10 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express International (the fastest international shipping option available). Both of these shipping methods are insured by USPS.
While we never want to disappoint our customers, we are not able to issue a refund once your order ships from our studio. If the order is returned to sender, we will refund your order minus the cost of shipping.
Does this come in silver?
Our pieces are only available in gold at this time.
Care instructions
Please remove jewelry before activities like swimming, showering,... etc.
To keep your jewelry in tip top shape, we recommend putting on jewelry after you have applied makeup, lotion or perfume.
For best results, store your Jill Makes jewelry where it won't rub against any other hard surface.
