Frequently asked questions
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes I do! Please get in touch with me including details about what you want such as: what and who is it for, any ideas about colour, text etc. and we'll take it from there. I take custom orders for pet portraits (see listing for more information) as well as family portraits.
You'll have to provide me with photos of what you'd like so that I'm able to work on the artwork as a starting point.
I will aim to finish your custom print within seven days of confirmation, although if there are any delays I'll email you to let you know about it.
Throughout the process I'll keep you updated with how the artwork is going. This is to ensure that things are going well on both sides and that feedback is always appreciated!
Gift wrapping and packaging
All orders are shipped in a sturdy manilla envelope.
If you would like your order gift wrapped with a personal message please include it when checking out.

Shipping
Please check the correct shipping service you require when checking out. Domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail's First Class service (no tracking).
