If you want to ensure that your item arrives I recommend purchasing shipping with a tracking number. Otherwise I cannot follow the order and will not issue a return if it gets lost in the mail.

DAMAGED ITEMS

As all items are packed to ensure safe travel, I have never had complaints about an item arriving damaged. In the unlikely case that your item is badly damaged, please contact me with the details and a photo. I will mail a new item or issue a refund.

EU Shipping Time:

Items will take 3-6 days to reach you in normal seasons, and up to 12 days during high volume mailing seasons i.e. Christmas.

International Shipping:

Due to Corona and increase in postage costs and delivery times, I only ship within Germany at the moment.
