-Most the pillows come with pillow inserts. If you need just the cover, please contact me.
-Custom options are available for size, backing fabric and colors.
Please convo me via Etsy convo, NOT VIA EMAIL.
Please allow up to 3-5 days for item to ship and an additional
3-6 business days for domestic delivery.
1-2 weeks for international delivery.
You will be emailed tracking info on the day of shipping.
Refund policy
For the made to order items, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
We only accept returns in some items. Please check the detail and the policy before you check out.
Buyer should contact us within 30 days of the delivery.
If for any reason you are unsatisfied I do offer your money-back.
We will refund purchase price, (excluding shipping costs), if for ANY reason you are unhappy with product. The product must be returned in original condition.
Return shipping is your responsibility, and it is recommended that you return item with tracking #, seller is not responsible for lost items.
Please note that" free shipping" for domestic (US) buyer's. Since there is no longer a stated shipping charge for the customer, I've changed my policy to state that we will refund the cost of returned items, minus a 25% restocking fee. This amount is roughly equivalent to what we spend on postage and shipping materials on any given order.

I love the red decoration. It's beautiful. Everything went very smoothly from the purchase to the quick delivery time.
