Canceling a custom order?
For custom listings and all commissioned artwork, cancellations can ONLY be made before the coloring process. After the coloring phase the artwork is considered finished and no refunds will be provided. After the main drawing is finished (pre-revisions), only a partial refund will be given based on the work done.
Physical prints for commissions?
Prints of commissioned artworks will be replaced if damaged in the mail. If you lose or damage your custom print, the commission can be re-printed and mailed out again for an additional cost that covers both shipping and printing. Please contact me to make the arrangement to re-print a commission.
Damaged in the mail?
I always try to package products carefully to ensure that they arrive safe and sound, but unfortunately accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged due to the packaging, please contact me with a photo of the damaged item(s) in order to receive a replacement or refund.
