Sizing details
Please wash all clothing in cold gentle wash. I use high quality fabrics. Laying flat to dry is the best option. Or tumble dry low.
Care instructions
Mermaid scales: All foil finished spandex will peel, whether it's from me or from any other vendor. A metallic foil finish is the equivalent of putting drops of nail polish on a piece of elastic. It will be fine for a short while, but the more times you stretch it (including when you wear it), the more the color will crack and peel off. So the principle is the same - the fabric stretches but the finish doesn't. THERE IS NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR FIXING WORN SWIMSUITS. please take care of the swimsuit bottoms. The side of the pool will ruin all swimsuits.
Leotards (stretch cottons); please wash cold and lay flat to dry. You could tumble dry on a delicate cycle. There will be a 4% shrink with cotton Lycra. I do not otw wash fabric.
Rush orders
Rush orders will be done within 5-7 days for $10. There are no refunds or exchanges for rush orders. Please respect this policy. I rush to put your order above the list so please understand once bought it is yours. Thank you.
Returning or exchanging Leotards
All items are custom printed and made. I will not return or exchange leotards. Only exception is if it is flawed. I make sure everything I make is at its upmost perfection before sending it out. Please make sure you are certain on the print you want. I can give you a swatch sample for $4 shipped.
Restocking fee
If at all you’re not happy I do sometimes work with you. However, for anything exchanged, canceled or returned there is a 15% restock fee. No exceptions. It takes me time to make every piece so I have to make sure I pay myself. Please make sure you know your size, print and style before purchasing. There are size charts available. Thank you for understanding.
Are PDF files returnable?
Absolutely no refunds or exchanges on PDF files. NO EXCEPTIONS. These files are directly downloadable after purchasing. So returning money on a PDF file because you fail to read the description on the PDF listing is not my responsibility. Please know that all PDF listings are for a pattern that you physically have to sew yourself. I do sell the swimsuits that I make for $55+. The pattern however ranges from $9-$12.
